50% deposit at time of booking, remaining balance due 30 days prior to vacation week. A $200 security deposit is due with returning signed lease, and will be refunded within 30-45 days after the return of keys, providing unit is in same condition.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

The condo will be held for you upon receipt of your deposit. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If we are able to rent your week at the same rate, we will refund your deposit, less $50 admin fee.
